Location and the room is like a studio with coffee and tea great for cold Weather. I paid booking price at the arrival BUT it is mandatory to give a visa card with an extra charge of 50 usd a day . It is supposed to be reversed 7 days after you leave . My first visa failed and no cash allowed to this extra payment. Ask with your bank in Argentina before leaving

The location and cleanliness were great. Good menu if you want to order from the restaurant. Super nice staff. Most of them at least.

I enjoyed the location because it’s popular tourist place but not so crowded, and it’s safe. Easy to get to the airport and city centre. There is nice street with bars, restaurants and open terraces very close, Broad street. The view from my room was amazing. I didn’t experience any inconvenience because of the elevators, probably it’s because I was staying on the 40th floor.

One of few places in NYC that still has some space to walk around in the rooms. Breakfast was great and had a range of options to choose from. Connectivity to the subway and other parts of the city was amazing. The location felt it was less noisy but I could be wrong as I was visiting for a very short time. The staff was polite and very accommodating of our requests.

Great location in the downtown right by the metro station and close to Battery Park, Charging Bull and Wall Street, walking distance to many places including WTC, Brooklyn Bridge, and ferry to the Staten Island and Statue of Liberty. The hotel is modern and clean, there are free of charge coffee machines and safes in the rooms. Bed is comfortable. Overall experience is positive.

Room was such a great size for NYC, at check-in they were kind enough to ask if we had a lot of luggage (4x BIG cases) and gave us a larger than normal room which was truly a godsend. Loved having access to the guest laundry facilities 10 days into a trip too! Bed was super comfy and cozy. SO close to multiple subway stations on different lines which was brilliant. Easy peasy to connect up and down Manhattan and also jump over to Brooklyn.

Hotel has a good position, there is a subway station right across the street. They have good system for luggage storing. We had two rooms which were connected by the door- this can be advantage, if you are traveling with kids or friends.

Lovely clean, comfortable room. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were very helpful and great at their job. The hotel is conveniently located in the Financial quarter near ferries and the subway is on a few metres from the front door.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and had a fantastic experience. Everything was in perfect order. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any request. Their hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is situated in a wonderfully quiet location, yet everything you need is within close proximity. The metro is just a 4-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. Every day, our room was supplied with fresh towels and all the necessary amenities were replenished. One delightful touch was the hotel’s own delicious cookies, which we received upon check-in. These small details made our stay even more special. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and the thoughtful touches that made our stay memorable.
